Reconnect with nature and stay in authentic NZ railway cabooses upcycled into cosy accommodation with shared facilities. YOGA

Daily Yoga Classes That Energize Your Body and Mind

Our Sunrise Sequence will be introduced each morning to energize you for the day. Suitable for all levels, our daily Vinyasa Flow classes are a flowing sequence of postures linked with the breath. Classes are tailored to individual needs to allow you to progress at your own pace.

Yin & Meditation

Indulge in the experience of yin and restorative yoga to truly deepen your practice both physically and spiritually. You will gain a deeper understanding of yourself by tapping into the subtle energy body in the poses. You will loosen your joints, clear toxins, and by relaxing the active mind you will find greater ability to connect with your intuition. Within the asanas you will learn grounding meditations and visualizations to improve health and balance emotions.

Fun Flow Balancing Workshop

Together we will play with balancing in a light hearted and curious way. Practicing balancing postures is an effective way to develop strength and stability. Explore the action of balancing- both on your feet and hands to see how we can find stability and lightness and inspire a balance of all the elements of body awareness.

CACAO CEREMONY

A Cacao Ceremony gives us time for ourselves in a hectic and stressful world. It is the perfect space to switch off the outside chaos and journey into the silence, so that we can become clearer of who we are, where we are going, and the opportunities available to us.

This unique Cacao ceremony is designed to help heal the vibrations of any deep trauma you have experienced. In a very gentle and loving way, Cacao will release the trauma around the heart and in your energy field so that you can let go of the past and move forward more empowered and liberated.

Cacao is a powerful plant medicine that has been used ceremonially for thousands of years across Central and South America.

BOTANICAL BODY SCRUB WORKSHOP

This botanical workshop gives you all the tools needed to craft an organic and beautiful body scrub from your own home and garden. Our botanical scrub removes dead cells and impurities, while nourishing dry skin, stimulating circulation and cultivates a healthy, glowing complexion.

Make your own body scrub while learning about natural ingredients, herbal medicine and exactly how to bottle it to last many months. You will take home a jar of rich and invigorating exfoliant made for you, by you.

By making your own skincare, you will see how viable, affordable, ethical and sustainable it truly is to DIY. All products are packaged in glass jars, so when it’s time to recreate the recipes at home, you can reuse and refill the same packaging for many years to come.

BUSH TO BEACH WALK

Join us on the beautiful Bush to Beach walk starting at Solscape on Sunday morning as you make your way home.

PADDLE BOARDING

Timetable

Friday
4-5pm Arrive and check into Solscape. We will show you to your accommodation at Solscape. Upon check in receive your Retreat goodie bag with Wild Coast Yoga Mat to take home .
6pm Meet and mingle on the lawn
Pizza night at Solscapes Concious Kitchen with Wood-fired Pizza and Salad served with Kombucha while enjoying the breathtaking West Coast sunset.
7.30pmBotanical body scrub workshop.
Saturday
7am Energising vinyasa flow with a sunrise sequence on the lawn.
9am Breakfast with a view – Enjoy our delicious, nourishing breakfast bowls. 
10.30am Coffee in Raglan town – Meet us in town for a famous Raglan coffee before exploring the all that or town has to offer.
12.30pm Lunch at the beach followed by Balancing fun flow yoga workshop.
3.30pm Paddle boarding around the Raglan Harbour – Optional ($25pp additional cost)
5.30pm Curry night served with garden greens, rice, flat bread & chutney.
7-9pm Cacao Ceremony and Yin night flow & Meditation.

8am Energising vinyasa flow with Feli on the lawn.
8.30amBreakfast bowls on the deck overlooking Manu Bay.
10amCheck out
12.30pmBush to Beach walk from Solscape to Ngarunui Beach.
