Wow what an incredible day. We were lucky enough to be part of the action and have a market stall at Wanderlust 108 Auckland.
The world's only mindful triathlon, starting with a 5K run, yoga and meditation. Sounds like the perfect day to us.
We were fortunate enough to be set up in between Aim’n, the Swedish sportswear brand and ZeenyaActivewear. Both brands are based in Mount Maunganui and we found ourselves making new friends.
Wanderlust Auckland certainly had everything covered from a tipi smoothie tent, essential oil workshops to chiropractic check ups.
We started the mindful triathlon with a 5k run around the beautiful Western Springs park. Breathing in the air, taking in the scenery and enjoying the run with the best start to the dayfollowed by breakfast at the pretty in pink Nourished Pod caravan for delicious acia bowls.
We were then lead on an incredible DJ-powered yoga flow class with the super fun Josh Blaufollowed by a 30 minute guided meditation with Kristina Cavit. Doing yoga in such a huge mindful group is a feeling you need to experience to believe.
There were plenty of afternoon activities that followed including acroyoga, hooping and walking meditation. We were very intrigued by Ariel yoga, in which you hang in a hammock which doubles as ayoga prop. Oh to experience a floating Savasana!
